Welcome to the 2018 Harrison Hoya Football Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Harrison High School Football Booster Club.


High School Registration & Payments

Football Player Registration is $600.  This includes:

• $400 Football Registration Fee

• $100 Reinhardt Camp Fee

• $100 Facilities Fee

If you are a NEW PLAYER to the Harrison Hoya Football Program please contact Coach Dickmann at Matt.Dickmann@cobbk12.org before starting to participate in the program.  

By registering online you confirm you have read and agree to the:

• HOYA FOOTBALL WAIVER OF LIABILITY

• PERMISSION TO USE PHOTO WAIVER

• CONCESSION/CLEAN UP DAY OPTIONS

• CONCESSION DEPOSIT - A deposit of $350 will be collected at the POT LUCK DINNER. If you sign in and work all of your assigned shifts then your concession deposit check will be returned at the end of the season. Failure, at any time, to work your assigned shift will result in your check being cashed immediately.

• If you are registering more than one player the SIBLING DISCOUNT will be available in the payment section.  The first player is full price with a $25 discount per player after that.

• Please note that the FCA Camp or any "by invitation only" camp is an additional fee which will be collected by Coach Dickmann.

Important Information for High School Participants

All players are required to have a completed physical form before they can participate. Physicals must be dated prior to June 1, 2018.

All 7 pages of the Cobb County Physical Form must be completed and uploaded into the Parent Vue Website.

HIGH SCHOOL PLAYERS - A hard copy must also be turned into Coach Dickmann

High School Refund Policy

The High School roster will be finalized by May 23, 2018. If your child leaves the program on or prior to May 23rd, you will receive a full refund less a $50 facilities fee and a $50 administrative fee.

After May 23rd, refunds will be determined as follows:

• After May 23rd but prior to the Reinhardt camp, a full refund less $200.

• After the Reinhardt camp but prior to the beginning of fall practice, a full refund less $250.

• After Fall practice has started but before 2 weeks of practice has taken place, a full refund less $350

• No refunds will be given after the 2nd week of HS Fall practice.

Junior Program Registration & Payments

Football Registration Fee is $550.  This includes:  

• $400 Football Registration

• $50 Junior Hoya Camp Fee

• $100 Facilities Fee

• Concession deposit - A deposit of $350 will be collected at EQUIPMENT PICKUP. If you sign in and work all of your assigned shifts then your deposit check will be returned at the end of the season. Failure, at any time, to work your assigned shift will result in your check being cashed immediately.

• Junior Program Equipment Deposit - A deposit of $350 for football issued equipment will be required at equipment pickup. Deposit will be returned at the completion of the season when equipment is returned in serviceable condition. Failure to return equipment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Players must reside in the Harrison High School district to be eligible to participate.  Please visit the CCSD Transportation web page to confirm your player is eligible to attend Harrison High School.  If there are questions regarding your player's eligibility, please contact Lisa Tomberlin.

Important Information and Documents Required for Junior Program Participants

Players will not receive equipment until online registration has been completed, registration fees and deposits have been paid, and all required documents have been submitted.

• 2 copies of the Player’s Birth Certificate

• 2 copies of the GMSAA Waiver

• 2 copies of the GMSAA Concussion Awareness Waiver 

• 1 copy of the Cobb County Physical Form (all 7 pages)

• 2 copies of a utility bill in the name of the legal parent or guardian with the address of the player’s residence in the Harrison High School district

Junior Program Refund Policy

• Before or during Spring practice, a full refund less $150.

• After Spring practice up to the end of the Jr. Program Camp, a full refund less $200.

• After Jr. Program Camp but before 2 weeks of Jr. Program Fall practice, a full refund less $350.

• No refunds will be given after the 2nd week of Jr Program Fall practice. 

Please note: All equipment must be returned to the Jr. Program Equipment Manager prior to any refund being distributed.




Family Discount - PLEASE READ

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $25 discount on the second, or more, child's registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***
